We need to take time to notice our impact on those around us. Life with neurodiversity is so many things, fascinating, hard, joyful, frustrating. We can all do something.

Life is made up of thousands of interactions. Moment by moment we are seen or not seen, heard or not heard, supported or not supported, respected or not respected. In every setting we can meet people where they are in the small things.

Megan Ann Neff is my go to for all things neurodiversity. She is clear, kind, thoughtful and skilled at getting information out into the world. Her website is worth a visit (link below) whether you have autism or love someone who does, the information on this site can help you advocate for what you need.

If you are a professional in almost any setting the there are things that can be done, often small things that make a big difference.
