I offer both short- and long-term therapy and work both in person and online.
When working online I would send a link to your email address or mobile phone for a meeting at the agreed time.
When working in person my office is in Bootle, Cumbria. A small village on the west coast, on the A595, at the base of Black Combe. The office is a mile from Bootle (Cumbria) train station and is served by the number 14 bus that runs between Millom and Whitehaven. You’ll find me just off the main road in Bootle Village in a room that has step free access, a double width door for chair users and car parking available.

Fees
Current fees are £55 per 50 minute session. (from April 1st 2026)
For new clients there is the opportunity for an initial half an hour session to talk about logistics such as session timings and locations and to decide if we are good fit for one another.
Payment is by bank transfer (online and in person) or in cash (In person only) Bank details will be provided once we have decided to work together.
