I offer both short- and long-term therapy and work both in person and online.
When working online I would send a link to your email address or mobile phone for a meeting at the agreed time.
Working in person can be a challenge in Cumbria because of the distances and relative isolation of our communities and the lack of available public transport. In answer to this I have several consulting rooms in the local area that I move between, so that clients without their own transport or access to public transport can still access therapy. This model of multiple locations also helps with maintaining confidentiality in small communities as clients can choose a venue that is further away from home if that works better for their circumstances.
All venues are accessible for those with mobility issues and have been chosen to reflect the needs of people with neurodiversity and sensory processing issues.

Fees
Current fees are £50 per hour.
For new clients there is the opportunity for an initial half an hour session to talk about logistics such as session timings and locations and to decide if we are good fit for one another.
Payment is by bank transfer (online and in person) or in cash (In person only) Bank details will be provided once we have decided to work together.
