You will receive a warm welcome and then we will sit and talk and get to know one another a little.
The foundation of any therapy is the relationship with the therapist. Choosing who you work with is an important part of the process. If after our first session you feel we are a good fit then you can give me a brief outline of what brought you to therapy and what you feel you need, and then we can both take some time to consider the next steps.
